Are you looking for support during the day so you can rest, have a shower, take care of your home, cook meals, go to appointments, run errands, or take care of your other children? I am here for you.
Would you benefit from guidance while learning to breast or bottle feed, burp, diaper, bathe, swaddle, or soothe and comfort your newborn? I’m ready to give you the information to help you feel confident.
Are you concerned about safe sleep and other precautions? I am prepared with information from the AAP and CDC.
Is your little one colicky? Let me give your arms a rest.

Daytime Support $65/hour
Regularly scheduled postpartum support. Complete baby care. Bottle feeding and/or bringing Baby to the nursing parent, burping, diaper care, bathing, infant massage, tummy time, playtime, cuddling, naptime, and soothing.
Care for Baby’s items, bottles, laundry, toys, and restocking the diaper station.
A gentle and age appropriate schedule to help encourage healthy sleep and eating patterns.
Non-judgemental support, guidance, and education for parents. Lactation and sleep counseling if desired.
4-10 hours/shift. Add $10/hour for each additional baby.
Breastfeeding Consultation $250
A 1-2 hour in-person breastfeeding consultation in the comfort of your own home. We discuss your goals and I observe a feeding. If needed I make latch and positioning recommendations, discuss ways to manage milk supply, and talk about feeding cues.

Sleep Consultation $350
A 3-4 hour in person visit where we discuss your sleep goals, I look at the awake and sleep environment, make suggestions, and demonstrate a gentle method to comfort Baby in bed without feeding, holding, or rocking Baby to sleep.
Within 24 hours of our visit I send a personalized sleeping plan for your baby and am available for a few virtual follow-up questions.
Nursery Set-up Consultation $300
A 1 hour virtual consultation and a 3 hour in-person visit before Baby arrives. Help setting up and organizing the nursery, a list of essential must-haves, and guidance on environmental safety. Includes a few virtual follow-up questions.

Baby Care Consultation $300
A 3-4 hour in-person visit. Education and help with all aspects of newborn care including bottle feeding, bathing, nail trimming, diaper changing, tummy time, infant massage, diaper rash, skin-to-skin, environmental safety, etc.
Includes a few virtual follow-up questions.
